HusqvarnaHusqvarna is a new brand to the bicycle industry and for us here at Rockets and one we are stoked to have join the ranks. “Husky” is a name that some may recognise from it’s motorcycles and is well positioned to get its elbows out in a motocross-style in the ever-expanding market of electric bicycles. We already have stock of their Mountain Cross model range, boasting the powerful Shimano EP801 drive system and carbon fibre frame starting at prices from £5499. |
Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz has already launched a couple of new and redesigned models in their range. With their new mid-power Heckler SL joining their popular full-power trail E-MTB kicked off. The Heckler SL delivers less power from its Fazua Ride 60 motor than its other e-bike siblings in their lineup, but crucially also weighs significantly less lending itself to a more natural ride characteristic on the trails.
The other exciting launch from the Californian brand is an update to one of our best-selling gravel bikes the Stigmata. The Stigmata now has increased tyre clearance for its 700c wheels and it has adapted progressive geometry for ultra off-road capabilities by being ready to accept a suspension fork if you see the need on your gravel escapades. Other changes include a glovebox to stash snacks and tools for those trailside repairs. The all-new Stigmata is now in store and ready to ride away from £3899.
Cervelo
We have a fresh drop of bikes from our friends at Cervelo to share with you. With their gravel speedster the Aspero, their everyday rider/racer the beautiful Soloist and the Caledonia built to go long, we are sure to have a drop bar bike for your next ride all in-house and raring to roll.
Whyte
A brand that has already been busy during the off-season. They have given their branding a refresh alongside launching an impressive lineup of full-power and mid-power E-MTBs for this year. We have already taken delivery of the fresh E160 Bosch-powered E-bikes The entry point is their E160S at £5499 and features a SRAM GX AXS wireless drivetrain and the entire E160 range is available in both 29-inch or mixed wheel sizes.
Arguably the jewel in the Whyte crown is their all-new E-Lyte model. Available in three models; the 150 RSX, the 150 Works and the 140 Works. All feature a carbon fibre frame, carbon wheels and SRAM T Type AXS groupset coupled to the latest Bosch Performance SX motor. This electric mountain bike is lighter, and therefore more enjoyable on the trail with a an impressive range thanks to its range extender battery capability. This is a bike we have been excited to take delivery of and you can witness it and see it in all its glory here today.
ScottWe have a variety of bikes covering every genre of cycling from Scott. It is a brand that we are proud to have been behind since the day Rockets and Rascals first threw back the doors here in Poole. The latest Foil road and Addict Gravel bikes are proving popular with its unique colourways and fast styling in a range that covers the ground at a serious rate of knots. Focus on EventsThis year we are pleased to announce more of our events that have become a regular for many of a our friends and customers. Our shop rides will start to kick off anytime soon and the first in our diary is the Saturday 10th February gravel ride being lead by our friend Kev from Wessex Gravel. Our Saturday Rockets Road Rides will also continue to be a feature, meeting here for coffee before heading on the classic lap of the harbour. We actively encourage all riders to get involved with either of our no drop road or gravel rides as a great way to open you up to what the local area has to offer as well as meeting like minded riders.
