Jon has been with Rockets since the start. He now leads the team with his extensive experience, making him an expert on all things bike-related.

Jack has been mountain biking for over 15 years. He's an experienced member of the team, offering valuable knowledge in both bicycle retail and servicing.
Dean
Previously a cycling journalist before joining the team, Dean tips this experience into the store, keeping the social channels rolling amongst the daily shop tasks.
